The product is designed for customized ODM server including cloud-native, as well as traditional applications (such as business processing, decision support, high performance computing, storage, networking, application development, web infrastructure and collaboration).

Industrial Server is designed for lots of small and medium manufacturers have to find the optimized servers for factory floors. Most of all, Industiral Server has environmental reliability. Factory floor is quite different from computer room of office building. Hardware should be designed and implemented so as to endure harsh condition like heat, vibration, shock, humidity. Second is optimization level of computing power and capacity. The required hardware resources of every factory floors are different.Third is the cost of building and expanding server system. With standard brand servers, 4 to 5 servers (2 for DB, 2 for application with 1 for storage) are necessary and the total cost is very expensive.

The 8.9″ Panel PC is an Intel Atom® based platform, engineered to overcome harsh shock and vibration. The product is designed for a long-term supply, which allows it to be implemented in IP barcode reader registration control system.
Intel Atom® E3845 Processor
BlueNet (Gateway) is designed for the gateway so that this product is used for the connection between machines and servers in factory. BlueNet (Gateway) is designed with the fan-less type EPIC EMB-BYT1000 motherboard with Intel® Atom™ Processor E3845 Processor. The processor features low power consumption, high level of heat control, and all-in-one performance. In addition, hardware for the gateway in a factory should be designed and implemented so as to endure harsh condition like heat, vibration, shock, humidity.
Intel® Core i7/i5/i3/Mobile Processor (Haswell)
STOB-QM87 is designed with Mini ITX EMB-QM87 embedded system with Intel® QM87 chipset in order to simultaneously gain powerful performance and solid CPU operation with no cooling fan. In addition, STOB-QM87 is developed as full use of basic motherboard expansion capability breaking with the backplane type expansion mostly employed by the competitive foreign products. Therefore, dividing the PCIe x16 with 8:8 or 8:4:4 ratio makes it possible to provide the combination of 2slots – PCIe x8 or 1slot – PCIe x8 and 2 slots – PCIe x4 configurations only with the design and application of Riser Card.

SNAF-QM87 is designed with the fan-less type Mini ITX EMB-QM87 embedded system with Intel® QM87 chipset in order to simultaneously gain powerful performance and solid CPU operation with no cooling fan. In addition, SNAF-QM87 is developed as full use of basic motherboard expansion capability breaking with the backplane type expansion mostly employed by the competitive foreign products. Taking the advantage of such trouble-free basic configuration, unlike the conventional products, the controller allows the compact device design for customers.

Syncus-414 4U is designed with industrial 4U Chassis by applying the ATX EMB-Q77 embedded with Intel® Q77 in order to customized bios for customer environment. In addition, this system’s raid configuration is to improve storage stability and is to maximize user convenience with rugged material and design. The final product can be customized with silk prints the customer’s logo on the system case as factory optional.
Raspberry Pi Compute Modules 3
Peripheral Box is designed as Sub-PLC device which can connect various devices and sensors in factories. Its compact design makes it easy to mount on existing equipment and control panels, and serial communication support designed for compatibility with various devices. In addition, it has diverse I/O interfaces with In/Output 32 channels, 8 analog channels, and 6 channels of temperature sensors. Peripheral Box is based on Raspberry Compute Modules 3 suitable for a smaller form factor (67.6 mm x 31 mm) for embedded designs.
2015-2017 Award from the Korea Institute for the Advancement of Technology (KIAT)
SyncusTech has recently built a R&D consortium with the Korea Testing Certification, the University of Suwon, and three leading companies in the computing industry. Through this initiative, SyncusTech has been awarded $500,000 by the Korean government which will be devoted to increased resources for testing our products in various environments and conditions, improving performance.
Resources will no longer be a factor in testing capabilities and thorough testing of new challenges based on client needs will be at no additional cost. The allocation of this grant will focus on international development to meet the growing needs in the USA and Asia.
